Change of mind
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. However, we are happy to provide an exchange if you have changed your mind on items that are unopened, in the original condition and eligible for return, within 30 days of purchase with the proof of purchase. Please note: Fresh flowers can’t be returned.
Damaged/Faulty products
Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on any damaged or faulty product within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
Return Process
- Take a photo of the damaged or faulty product and send it to info@opulenthampers.co.nz.
- Pack item/s you are returning using the original packaging.
- Organise your courier pick-up and provide return tracking details via e-mail to info@opulenthampers.co.nz.
